Coupled with his understanding of the marketplace, such re-energized properties have consistently exceeded both guest and investor expectations.
He is prominent in the luxury hotel industry with a focus on leading global brand properties across the Americas, Asia, Europe & the Middle East, during his hospitality industry tenure. In his last General Manager role in 2015, He has led a team in executing the US$3 billion planning and redesigned the opening of The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, King Abdullah Conference Center. His work experience includes gaming properties in Reno, Las Vegas, Nevada and in The Caribbean and held Guest Services Etiquette classes to educate airlines cabin crews.
Bernard is a lifelong hotelier with deep global roots and a passion for delivering excellence in both people and product. Schooled in France and the US and has had a long affiliation with several Food & Wine societies. In recognition of his commitment to the Food & Beverage industry, France Merite Agricole awarded him a medal. He has also had the distinction of being awarded on several occasions by The Ritz-Carlton Hotels Company for his dedication to Employees engagement & Guests services.
